Does this require a Reynolds contract change?
No. RCI is an add-on data access agreement — your core Reynolds contract is untouched.
How long is RCI approval?
Typically 5–10 business days depending on Reynolds queue. We handle the paperwork.
Can we run read-only during the pilot?
Yes. Most groups pilot read-only for 14 days before enabling writeback.
Do you support Reynolds POWER (older ERA)?
ERA-IGNITE is the supported path. POWER-only rooftops can pilot via feed-based sync.
